🔄 Returns & Exchanges

A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange request related to:
• Damaged products
• Wrong products received
• Missing items / Any replacement
Please ensure the entire parcel, including the shipping label, is clearly visible in the video before opening the package.
Without a complete 360° unboxing video, return or exchange requests may not be accepted. - The video must be clear and continuous, & the issue must be reported within 12 hours.
- Without an unboxing video, no exchange/refund is possible. (It must be in sealed condition.)
📦 Exchange / RTO Policy
- Exchange shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- Once the return address is shared via WhatsApp, kindly ship the item back promptly.
- In case of RTO (Return to Origin), RTO charges plus reshipping charges are mandatory. No refund will be provided for RTO cases.
- Please ensure that the correct and complete address, along with a valid phone number, is provided while placing the order.
- The tracking ID will be shared on WhatsApp. Customers are requested to track their shipment regularly.
- Any missing parcel issues must be reported within 7 days of dispatch. Complaints after 7 days will not be accepted.

- Minor issues such as loose threads, light stitching variations, or removable stains are not considered damage.
